Teeth clenching during the day?
I have recently (2-3 days) gotten into the unconscious habit of clenching my teeth during the day. I have a history or grinding my teeth when I am sleeping, but haven’t done that for almost a year. I have been taking Concerta for a little over a week now, and this could be a possible side effect.
Are there any other possible explanations and/or solutions
