It depends, not only on the doctor's rates and the hospital's, but these are different types of the surgery that can be more difficult which raises the price. If you don't have insurance, I'd call a local hospital and ask to speak to a financial counselor about some type of low income assistance (they may write off 100% of the surgery) although I'm not sure if this surgery would be considered cosmetic which might change things.
